Function of Track Roller：
The main function of the bottom roller is to support the weight of the crane, transfer the weight of the locomotive set and the lifted goods to the ground, and roll on the track shoes.
Bottom roller can also play a role in limiting the track shoes and preventing lateral slippage. When the machine turns, bottom roller forces the track to slip on the ground.
Production Process of Bottom Roller:
Forging – heat treatment (quenching and tempering – surface hardening) – Welding

Function: quench and temper the whole to the same hardness, improve the overall strength and not easy to crack.

Function: improve the hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength of the surface.
