Our roller’s Bushing Material is ZCuZn25A16Fe3Mn3, its advantages as below:
- Low friction coefficients
Copper bushings have low friction coefficients (about 0.1-0.15) when match with steel shaft, reducing operating resistance and extending lifespan
- High pressure resistance strength:
The compression strength of copper bushing can reach to 200-300 Mpa, and can withstand the dynamic impact load of track system (such as instantaneous impact force of 50-80 tons)
- Environmental corrosion resistance: Copper bushings have better corrosion resistance than ordinary steel bushings in wet, acidic and alkaline environments, with a 30% to 50% increase in lifespan (especially in salt mist, mud conditions).
- Temperature adaptability: A wide range of working temperatures (−30°C to +200°C)
