42CrMo Material performance advantages:
- High strength and toughness
42CrMo is a low-alloy high-strength steel, after quenching and tempering, tensile strength can reach 900–1100 MPa, yield strength ≥650 MPa, while maintaining good toughness (impact power ≥63 J), and can withstand heavy loads and frequent impacts.
- Excellent abrasion resistance
After surface tempering (such as high-frequency tempering), the surface hardness can reach HRC 56, while the core maintains the resilience of HRC 30-35, forming an “external hard inner resilient” structure, which significantly improves wear and fatigue resistance performance.
