Crawler Crane Top rollers function:
- Hold the tracks upward so that the tracks has a certain degree of tension.
- Our Roller material is 40Mn2, 50Mn Round Steel, its Heat Treatment is first whole Quenching & Tempering, then surface hardening.
- If the rollers are not under quenching & tempering, the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength and Tensile Strength will not be good, the roller will be slip easily.
