Undercarriage Chassis Structure
Steel-welded carbody with axles. Crawler assemblies are designed with a quick disconnect feature for individual removal as a unit from the axles. Crawler belt tension is maintained by the hydraulic jack force on the track adjusting bearing block.
Crawler drive:
An independent hydraulic propel drive is built into each crawler side frame. Each drive consists of a hydraulic motor propelling a driving tumbler through a planetary gearbox. The hydraulic motor and gearbox are built into the crawler side frame within the shoe width.
Track shoe: 1220mm width for each crawler

Crawler Crane Track shoes are produced by casting technology, which has significant advantages, mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1) High Strength and Wear Resistance
Material Properties:
Casting track pads are usually made of high manganese steel, alloy steel, and other materials. By the casting process, a dense structure is formed, providing excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-term use under harsh conditions (such as mines and rocky surfaces).
Surface Hardening Treatment:
All casting track plates undergo heat treatment (such as quenching) to further enhance surface hardness and extend service life.
2) Complex Structure Adaptability
Integrated Molding:
The casting process can produce track shoes with complex shapes, reinforced ribs, or special grooves, optimizing stress distribution and reducing local wear.
Customized Design:
Track pad dimensions and patterns can be adjusted according to the ground pressure requirements of different equipment to increase traction or reduce ground pressure per unit area.
