42CrMo is a low-alloy high-strength steel. After quenching and tempering, its tensile strength can reach 900-1100 MPa, yield strength ≥650 MPa, while maintaining good toughness (impact energy ≥63 J), capable of withstanding heavy loads and frequent impacts
- Excellent wear resistance:
After surface quenching (such as high-frequency quenching), the surface hardness can reach HRC 50-55, while the core maintains a toughness of HRC 30-35, significantly enhancing wear resistance and fatigue performance
