- Material Performance Advantages
High Strength and Toughness: 42CrMo is a low-alloy high-strength steel. After quenching and tempering, its tensile strength can reach 900-1100 MPa, with a yield strength ≥ 650 MPa, while maintaining good toughness (impact energy ≥ 63 J), capable of withstanding heavy loads and frequent impacts.
Excellent Wear Resistance: Through surface hardening, the surface hardness can reach HRC 50-55, while the core maintains a toughness of HRC 30-35, forming a “hard outside, tough inside” structure, significantly enhancing wear resistance performance. - Advantages of Forging Technology
Dense Structure and High Reliability: The forging process refines grains under high temperature and high pressure, eliminates casting defects (such as porosity and shrinkage), increases material density by 5%-8%, and extends fatigue life by 40%-60% compared to casting parts.
